SONOCOUTURE Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within Ireland.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• For overnight or next-day delivery, orders must be placed by 5:00 PM GMT.

• Processing begins once payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 6–12 business days within Ireland

• Total Delivery Time (including processing): 9–15 business days

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday

• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping Providers
We ship using DHL, FedEx, and UPS. For local deliveries within Ireland, we also use An Post. All packages are carefully handled and packed by our logistics team to ensure safe delivery.

Change of Delivery Address

• Changes to the delivery address must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

• Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SONOCOUTURE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If this occurs, please contact the courier directly or get in touch with our support team for assistance.

Damaged Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and notify our customer service team immediately.

• If the damaged package was delivered while you were away, please contact us right away for further assistance.
